sMonitor starts a monitoring session immediately after it launched. See the animated screenshort here. You can stop and restart a current monitoring session immediately or at a specific time. These actions are available in the Program menu, in the Pop-up menu, and in the Icon Pop-up menu. Also, you can stop and restart a current monitoring session by using the Esc and Enter keyboard buttons correspondingly.
